Prior to founding Way Insight, Shichao worked as a Patent Lawyer in the field of electronic engineering at CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office, one of the oldest and largest full-service intellectual property law firms in China. His clients include Alibaba, China Telecom, Chinese Academy of Sciences, VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland.

With extensive experience in scientific research and intellectual property litigation, Shichao founded Way Insight in 2017, an international IP services firm specialising in cross-border patent management.
