Way Insight Annual Conference on 11 Feb we hosted our 2022 Annual Conference in Huangmei County. This is our first face-to-face all-employee event!

At Way Insight, it is important to appreciate and celebrate every individual’s hard work, growth and achievements! We handed out six awards to some of our best performers during 2021. They are:

Most reliable “formality officers” of the Year: Xuemei Fu, Min LI, Zhili Yang.

Best new employee of the Year: Xingxing Li (Lexi)

Best perseverance of the Year: Ying Li, Jennie Yang.

Best brand Ambassador of the year: Jiajia Teng.

Fastest learner of the Year: Linda Wu.

Best customer service officer of the Year: Siyu Lei.

Our founder & CEO Shichao Guo shared our 2021 performance at our annual conference, "the key word of 2021 for Way Insight is 'growth'. We tapped into the cross-border e-commerce business, which resulted in the first step-up in the number of filings. The second key growth driver was our rebranding activities."
