Prior to joining Way Insight, Jiajia worked as a programme & business transformation manager at Rolls-Royce and product strategist at Nissan Motor Limited.
Through her previous roles, she has gained a wide exposure to all aspects of business and levels of stakeholders, from product design to manufacturing footprint planning, from welders at the shop floor to business president. With extensive experience in doing businesses cross borders and cultures, Jiajia combines her business acumen with Way Insight’s expertise in intellectual property to advise our clients on geographic expansion and international scaling up.
